A Homelio technician documents how each major system is actually doing and completes one preventive task while there. This fall, that task is your furnace or boiler serviced, or your gutters cleared from the ground, and the visit runs about two and a half hours. You receive a written Care Plan for the year ahead and the start of a Home Record that grows with every visit.
The visit is $175.
The Care Program.
Three visits a year, the same technician, and a record of your home that builds over time. It is priced to your home, typically $75 to $110 a month, and the exact figure arrives with your Care Plan.
If you join within 90 days of your Baseline visit, $100 of it applies to your first year. If you don’t, the plan is still yours.
