One preventive task, completed
Chosen for your home and the season: a dryer vent cleared, a condenser cleaned, a water heater flushed. Done and visible before we leave.
A plan for your year, delivered after
Photo-documented and in plain language: what matters now, what can wait, and what’s worth watching. It’s mailed within five business days of your visit.
Complete on its own.
The Baseline isn’t a teaser or a sales visit. You leave with a serviced task, a working knowledge of your own home, and a plan you can act on with anyone you choose, including no one but yourself. It’s yours whether we ever come back.

The Baseline is orientation and service, not evaluation. We don’t grade your home, we don’t produce a repair list, and nothing about the visit is designed to sell you anything. We don’t perform repairs and we don’t accept referral fees, so what your plan says is simply what we saw.

Seasonal, photo-documented, and written for you. It arrives twice: as a printed, single-fold copy on card stock, and digitally in your Home Record.

One visit, about two hours, everything above included: the plan, the seasonal cards, the start of your Home Record. No subscription, no follow-up sequence, no obligation.
Some homeowners take their plan and run it themselves. Others ask us to carry it: the Care Program continues from your Baseline: three visits a year, a small consistent team, the Record building. If you continue within 90 days, $100 of the Baseline applies to your first year. Either way is a good outcome.
