What happens at the visit
We walk your home’s systems, document what we find, and complete one preventive task, chosen for your home. Your questions first: no pitch, no estimate, no follow-up sequence.
What happens after
Your plan for the year is mailed within five business days of your visit, printed, with a link to your digital Home Record. Seasonal reminder cards follow as items come due. It’s yours either way. If you decide you’d rather have it handled, $100 of the visit applies to your first program year.
