One visit, about two hours, $175. We walk your home’s systems, complete one preventive task, and deliver a plan for your home’s year, including your program price. $100 of the Baseline applies to your first year if you continue within 90 days.
About the Baseline visitPriced from your home, not a guess.
Your price is set in the plan we deliver after your Baseline visit. What moves it: your home’s size, the number of systems we’re caring for, and their age.
Annual billing is available at a modest saving; your plan shows both numbers. Larger or more complex homes are quoted in the plan itself.
Cancel anytime. Your year settles at one-third of the annual price for each completed visit, with any difference refunded or invoiced.
We don’t perform repairs and we don’t accept referral fees. Your price reflects the care your home needs. Nothing else.
