Care, on a system instead of a memory.

Why Homelio exists.

Most homes aren’t maintained. They’re reacted to. Things break, systems decline, contractors come and go. No one holds the full picture, and no one is responsible for keeping it.

It shows up the same way, over and over: a burst water heater, a failed furnace, the scramble to find someone trustworthy, contractors arriving without context and leaving without a record. Every other field that matters has a structured, professional approach to keeping essential systems working. Homes deserve the same.

We both come from building and managing complex systems where reliability matters. Jordan spent over fifteen years leading the development of water and sanitation systems serving tens of millions of people across dozens of countries. Elizabeth built the systems, operations, and analytics behind that work. The lesson was the same at every scale: the systems that last are the ones someone checks on, on a schedule, before anything goes wrong.

Homelio is that idea, applied to your home. Not a repair service. Not a warranty. Not an app. A company built around the ongoing care of your home: consistent, structured, accountable. We don’t sell repairs and we don’t take referral fees, so the record reflects your home and nothing else.

We’re starting in Pittsburgh’s South Hills and growing only as routes fill. Slow on purpose.

What we believe

Most homeowners care deeply about their homes.

Maintenance fails because the system relies on memory, spare time, and perfect timing.

Trust is built through consistency, not persuasion.

Calm is not slowness. Calm is competence without drama.
