- Sump pump test (2x/year)

We’ve spent our careers managing complex operations at scale—from improving water and sanitation systems across 42 countries to directing $1B in infrastructure programs with teams of 4,000 people. Jordan served as Director, Elizabeth as Operations and Strategy Manager, and Adam led our quality assurance initiatives.
We know that well-maintained systems prevent crises—whether it’s water infrastructure in developing countries or the critical systems in your home.
But as homeowners, we were frustrated by how hard it was to keep our own homes running smoothly. Multiple calls. Unreliable schedules. Hit-or-miss quality. The entire system seemed to burden the homeowner instead of providing relief.
Our goal is simple: Homelio exists to quietly take responsibility where homeowners shouldn’t have to.
